The InSpirHER Women’s Business Launch Cohort was created with one purpose. To give women the knowledge, confidence, and community they need to build successful businesses and create lasting impact. We believe that every woman has a powerful idea inside of her, and with the right support and guidance, that idea can become a profitable and meaningful venture.

The cohort was founded by Nicole Wright, a passionate business owner and community leader who understands the importance of mentorship, clarity, and support. Nicole saw that many women wanted to start businesses but did not always have access to expert instruction or a circle of women who could encourage them through the process. She created InSpirHER to fill that gap and to provide a place where women can learn, grow, and launch together.

Our five week cohort brings together industry experts who teach on branding, business structure, marketing, financial management, and client experience. Each session is interactive and practical, giving participants real tools that they can put to use immediately. Through guided activities, worksheets, and group discussions, women gain the structure and strategy needed to move from idea to execution.

 

At the heart of InSpirHER is community. We value sisterhood, collaboration, and accountability. This is a space where women celebrate each other, share resources, and push one another toward excellence. Every participant joins a network that continues long after the cohort ends, creating opportunities for partnership, referrals, and continued growth.
